Digital Marketing and Event Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Digital marketing and event specialist who can blend technical expertise, creativity, and analytical thinking to drive our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will enhance our online presence, optimize advertising campaign performance, and coordinate impactful events, including Trade Shows. Additionally, you will play a key part in improving user experience and web performance, contributing to the overall success of our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage advertising campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Monitor and optimize website performance and advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Implement and schedule complex updates to the website, continuously enhancing user experience (UX) and functionality.
• Optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase online visibility.
• Track and analyze conversion rates, providing actionable insights to improve overall performance.
• Evaluate email campaign performance and recommend adjustments to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Use data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio to extract valuable insights and drive decision-making.
• Leverage CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics) to streamline and optimize marketing efforts.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging visual and written content for the website and social media platforms.
• Propose and implement digital solutions to improve marketing efficiency and automate key processes.
• Manage coordination and logistics for participation in various Trade Shows and events.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn, WIX, WordPress, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics;
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Expertise in marketing automation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with autonomy and organization
• Strong attention to detail and precision;
• Sales results-oriented;
• Highly creative with a strong ability to innovate and think outside the box;
• Bilingual (French and English);
• Bonus: Experience in marketing within a niche B2B market;
• Bonus: Familiarity with the water treatment industry.
