We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our sales operations and work closely with our sales team. In this essential role, you'll help ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to our mission-driven growth.
As a customer representative, you will:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.

Troubleshoot order or service issues, escalating to technical teams when needed.

Assist the sales team with quoting, order processing, and tracking.

Prepare and send sales documentation (e.g., quotes, contracts, product info).

Coordinate with fulfillment/logistics to ensure timely delivery and communication.

Monitor inventory availability and provide updates to sales and customers.

Support outreach campaigns with follow-up calls and emails.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in customer service.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and stay organized by prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to communicate well with both external customers and internal staff in a professional manner.

Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Proficiency with ERPs (Microsoft solutions is a plus).

Experience in a B2B or technical sales environment (nice to have).
