Join our team as a customer service Representative and unleash your potential in revolutionizing the customer service experience! We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our sales operations and work closely with our sales team. In this essential role, you'll help ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to our mission-driven growth.
 

As a customer representative, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.

  • Troubleshoot order or service issues, escalating to technical teams when needed.

  • Assist the sales team with quoting, order processing, and tracking.

  • Prepare and send sales documentation (e.g., quotes, contracts, product info).

  • Coordinate with fulfillment/logistics to ensure timely delivery and communication.

  • Monitor inventory availability and provide updates to sales and customers.

  • Support outreach campaigns with follow-up calls and emails.
     

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized by prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to communicate well with both external customers and internal staff in a professional manner.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

  • Proficiency with ERPs (Microsoft solutions is a plus).

  • Experience in a B2B or technical sales environment (nice to have).
