  • Coordonnatrice aux ventes

    SOMMAIRE DES RESPONSABILITÉS

    Traitement des appels d’offres, soumissions, renouvellements de contrats :

    • Préparation et envoi de soumissions dans le système de gestion client CRM :
      • Soumissions et confirmations de prix aux représentants
      • Coordonner les appels d’offres publiques avec les différents départements concernés
      • Traiter et faire le suivi des renouvellements de contrats des représentants
    • Ajouter et maintenir à jour l’information du répertoire des contacts clients
    • Préparer le montage de cartable et de documentation promotionnelle

    Support administratif aux ventes :

    • Effectuer des tâches cléricales telles que :
      • Rédaction et préparation de documents (lettres, propositions, manuels de procédures ou autres);
      • Mise en page /correction de tableur (Excel);
      • Création/mise en page /correction de documents (Word/PowerPoint);
      • Traitement du courrier entrant et sortant;
      • Traduction de documents (français /anglais);
      • Classement, archivage.
    • Gestion des réunions de l’Équipe des ventes et du Service après-vente :
      • Convocation;
      • Ordre du jour;
      • Minute des réunions;
    • Traitement des données/ base de données,
    • Répondre aux demandes de renseignements reçues par téléphone et par courrier électronique et transmettre les appels téléphoniques et les messages;
    • Coordonner les projets spéciaux,
    • Faire le suivi du portail du marketing et support aux ventes.

    Requirements

    EXIGENCES REQUISES

    • Détenir un DEC en technique administrative ou l’équivalent
    • Détenir 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
    • Maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais (parlé et écrit)
    • Maîtrise du niveau intermédiaire des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office
    • Posséder une bonne connaissance du logiciel Microsoft Dynamics AX - un atout
    • Faire preuved'agilité et de débrouillardise

     

  • R&D analyst and assistant

    **TEMPORARY JOB, MATERNITY LEAVE 18 months**

    Reporting to the water treatment technical director, the job holder will carry out analyses for shared services and participate in R&D projects.

    Summary of responsabilities

    • Carry out physico-chemical, water and deposit bacteriological analyses, resin evaluations, corrosion coupons preparation and analysis, chemical cleaning simulations, etc.
    • Interpret results and write analysis reports
    • Approve analysis reports in relation with the sector (Chemistry or microbiology laboratory)
    • Apply quality insurance procedures (ISO 9001 and 17025) and suggest improvements
    • Manage and prioritize customer samples
    • Prepare reagents, do quality control checks and manage supplies inventory
    • Develop and improve analytical methods
    • Ensure proper operation and calibration of laboratory equipment
    • Participate in R&D projects, conduct laboratory tests and customer validation product analyses

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree in microbiology, biology, chemistry or equivalent
    • Two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar job
    • Be member of or eligible to the Ordre des Chimistes du Québec
    • Good command of English and French (Orally and written)
    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft OFFICE platform
    • Practical knowledge in chemical and microbiological analyses methods and molecular biology techniques
    • Knowledge of water chemistry or microbiology

  • Technical representative – Industrial division - Western region of Quebec

    Magnus, located in Boucherville, is currently looking to hire a Technical Representative for the West of Quebec region. The Technical Representative will report directly to the Sales Manager and will establish, maintain, and develop connections with existing clients as well as actively participate in the development of the company by soliciting target clients. The ideal candidate will be customer service driven, develop a new client base, and be highly interested in the different chemical and mechanical applications available to the industrial sector. The candidate’s strong ability to develop qualified leads using different web platforms will make him or her the leader/consultant of the industrial division.

    Summary of responsabilities

    Current Clients: Service and Support

    • In collaboration with our team of experts, develop and maintain lasting connections with various existing client representatives by providing support and solutions.
    • Increase business opportunities by showing a desire to improve customer service processes.
    • Evaluate and constantly reassess customer needs and offer innovative solutions adapted to their specific requirements and/or projects.
    • Offer quality support to accounts for which he or she is responsibility, respond to demands, find solutions, and, if needed, help with physical tests and develop solutions with the company’s laboratory.

    • Proactively target potential clients and solicit them in person, by phone, and/or via social media in his or her own physical territory and throughout the world.

    Other Responsibilities

    • Follow OSH and ISO rules and regulations at all times.
    • Complete urgent and unexpected tasks on-call and/or outside of regular business hours.
    • Perform all other related tasks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or equivalent studies.
    • 3-5 years of experience in an industrial setting.
    • 3-5 years of experience in business development.
    • Experience selling specialized products in a related field (asset).
    • Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
    • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Have a valid drivers licence.
    • Be in good physical condition: be able to lift, move, push, and pull objects between 20 and 33 kg.
    • Excellent aptitude for developing and maintaining business relations.
    • Ability to work in a team towards common objectives.

    Magnus, located in Boucherville, with an office in Pickering, is currently looking to hire a Technical Sales Representative for the Greater Toronto Area . This individual will report directly to the Area Sales Manager and will establish, maintain, and develop connections with existing clients as well as actively participate in the development of the company by soliciting target clients. The ideal candidate will be customer service driven, develop a new client base, and be highly interested in the different chemical applications available in our industry.

    Current Clients: Service and Support (40%)

    • In collaboration with our team of experts, develop and maintain lasting connections with various existing client representatives by providing support and solutions.
    • Increase business opportunities by showing a desire to improve customer service processes.
    • Evaluate and constantly reassess customer needs and offer innovative solutions adapted to their specific requirements and/or projects.

    • 3-5 years of experience of experience in Technical Sales.
    • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development.
    • Experience selling specialized products in a related field (asset).
    • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). French an asset.
    • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Have a valid drivers licence.
    • Be in good physical condition:
