Magnus' priority is to recruit and develop the highest skilled individuals in the industry.

Why Magnus ?

Passion for a job well done in a stimulating and innovative environment ; Magnus is constantly looking for motivated professionals who strive for excellence and continuous improvement.

When meeting with applicants, skills, knowledge and experience are important factors in our hiring process however, an essential question guides our choice: is the individual sitting across from us passionate about their work?

Passion and pride is what unites all employees at Magnus and contributes to the development of our industry and our business.

Magnus seeks to provide growth opportunities for each employee.  In addition, we provide facilities that promote social exchange between colleagues and personal well-being in the office : a cafeteria, a creativity room (a spacious meeting room that stimulates the formulation of new ideas) and meeting rooms equipped with smart boards.

As we are a passionate team, each year we participate in sport challenges to have fun and to be able to surpass ourselves.  For example, in 2012 we did the Rabaska challenge: a relay canoe race of two days and two nights where we travelled the distance between Ottawa and Montreal.  In 2013, we travelled 100km by bike.

At Magnus we understand that employees who perform well professionally and personally are considerably more motivated and interested in actively participating in the success of the company.
